FontPage
FontPage lets you examine and compare all of the fonts on your system. You can view any typeface in bold, italic, underline and also 3D. In addition, you can also compare two selected fonts and preview fonts that are not yet installed on your system. FontPage can also print a sample page for selected fonts or print a list of all installed fonts.
AMP Font Viewer
AMP Font Viewer is an easy-to-use, yet powerful font manager, that allows you to obtain a quick view of all installed (and not installed fonts) on your system. You can also organize fonts in categories, print custom list of fonts, install or uninstall fonts and more. You can type text and have it displayed in different font styles, colors and sizes as well.
NexusFont
NexusFont is a font manager that enables you to preview and compare selected font types, install and uninstall fonts on your system, find duplicate fonts and more. You can preview fonts with different font styles and colors, and even anti-aliasing, using a user defined sample text. The preview list can be printed or saved as image file in various formats. Other features include font management (copy, move, delete, rename), user list of favorite fonts, print preview and more.
FontFrenzy
FontFrenzy allows you to remove and backup all fonts that were not originally installed with Windows. Every time you boot your PC, Windows must load all installed fonts, which can slow down the boot if you have a lot of fonts installed. This program allows you to safely remove them, keeping a snapshot, so that they can be restored later if needed. In addition, it also offers management features to preview fonts, remove selected fonts and to install new ones. The program is free, however requires you to register (for free) after 30 days, if you decide to keep it.
PI-Font
PI-Font lets you print a concise report of fonts installed on your PC along with a sample alphabet in upper and lower case to give you an indication of what it looks like. You can choose to print all fonts, or just a range of fonts. The list can also be filtered by TruType, OEM and other aspects. Optionally, you can also print a verbose report which shows you a sample using "lorem ipsum" text (dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry) to give you a better idea what it would look like in a document.
FontList
Font List allows you to view all your installed fonts in your web browser. You can change the predefined sample text, exclude seldom used fonts from the list and change the path for the HTML file. Using your browser's features, you can specify the size of the fonts and also create a printout.
Cfont Pro
Cfont Pro allows you to quickly view all fonts currently loaded on your system. You can scroll through each font with a custom preview of your choice (background color, text color, and text displayed). In addition, the program lets you preview and install fonts from any directory, CD, or folder without having to install them first. The built in slideshow feature allows you to cycle through all your fonts and preview them without user intervention. Other features include font backup, proof sheet export, and more.
dp4 Font Viewer
dp4 Font Viewer is a standalone font viewer that enables you to browse all installed system fonts. You can preview the fonts by ASCII character range, type your own sample text or load a text file to preview how the selected font is rendered. The program supports filtering by font type, weight, width and class, making it easier to browse your fonts by limiting the selection. In addition, you can preview fonts from any given folder without having to install them, print selected (or all) fonts and more.
FontRenamer
FontRenamer is a simple tool, that renames truetype font files (*.ttf) to the real name of the typefaces. Simply select a folder of font files and click the Rename button. The program will display a list of the original file name and the renamed name and also offer an option to undo the operation.
FreeEasy Font Viewer
FreeEasy Font Viewer is a simple and easy to use font viewer, that allows you to view all your installed fonts in a full screen window. You can change the size of the fonts and set bold, italic or underlined letters, and zoom in on a selected font. Useful to quickly browse your fonts in a full-screen mode.

This is a simple and fast font browser which displays a preview of all the fonts installed in your system, making it easy to choose a suitable one. It also allows you to test each font by typing your own text and see what it looks like. You can also get a global view of the full char map of each font, print the entire font list and more.
