network sniffer EtherSnoop is a basic network sniffer, that can capture all packets going through the network, including dial-up connection or network Ethernet card. It lists the captured data in real-time, using an easy-to-understand interface with a hex and text display of the packet content. EtherSnoop also offers basic filtering by protocol type and a tree-style packet explorer. The output can be saved to file and reloaded later if needed.
