macro commands for outgoing email Live Signatures enables you to define macro commands in your outgoing email messages, that will be replaced with a designated text when the message is sent. The program supports signatures from stored messages or text files that can be used for disclaimers, price lists or any other type of information that you may want to include in a message but not want it to be part of your standard Outlook signature text. The Live Signature macros can be inserted as needed and also offer dynamic variables for date and time, random quotes, or the name of the song that is currently playing in WinAmp. Since the program integrates with Outlook, you can also use the macro commands within your regular Outlook signatures. We found it inconvenient that the macro commands have to be remembered and typed in order to use them, rather than having them available from a drop down menu. Copyright Snapfiles.com
