Quick Reply

Quick Reply allows you to manage and quickly insert frequently used text snippets such as email replies and signatures into your email messages or documents. It offers macro command feature that allows you to simply type a macro in your message text, and it will be replaced by the associated text snippet. The macro command can contain additional variables, allowing you to dynamically customize the canned text with variables that you define. Alternately you can also use keyboard shortcuts or copy/paste the text into the message or document. Additional features include support for rich text formatting.
